Consent to data processing
The Russian text is legally binding
This page is a plain-language summary. The consent you actually give — the one recorded with a timestamp and revision number against your account — is the Russian text at dony.live/consent. If the two ever read differently, the Russian text controls.
Operator
The operator is Individual entrepreneur Vashchenko Aleksei Sergeevich (INN 071513954665, OGRNIP 316774600187771). Full requisites are in the Russian text, section 1.
What you are agreeing to
| Purpose | Required? |
|---|---|
| Carrying on the conversation (voice notes, photos and documents only if you send them), handling your requests, and signing you into the web app and mini-app | required |
| Bringing in a member of our staff when the assistant cannot handle your request, and passing their reply on to you | required |
| Sending your messages to the language model that drafts replies (MiniMax, run by Nanonoble Pte. Ltd., Singapore; data stored in the United States) | required — the assistant cannot answer without this |
| Remembering what you explicitly ask it to remember | optional |
| Sending your search phrase abroad when you ask the assistant to search the web (OpenRouter, Inc. and the providers it calls, United States) | optional |
| Push notifications for new replies in the web app | optional, asked when you turn them on |
Storage and cross-border transfer
Part of your conversations and files is stored on the operator’s server in the Republic of Kazakhstan; the required first item covers this cross-border transfer. Messages go to the language-model provider (Singapore), which stores them in the United States; its contractors may process them in countries the provider does not disclose. If you opt in to web search, the search phrase goes to the United States, which Russia does not recognise as ensuring adequate protection of personal data.

Withdrawing
You can withdraw consent — in full or one item at a time — any time, through “My data” in the chat or the web app, or by writing to hello@dony.live. Withdrawing the required items means the assistant stops answering; we delete your data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
The service is for people 18 and over; we do not verify age, and by giving consent you confirm you meet it.
